Helen Streck Joins Kaizen

Kaizen InfoSource is pleased to announce that Helen Streck has joined the company as CEO. Streck comes to Kaizen InfoSource following twenty-five years in the records and information management industry.

“We welcome Helen to Kaizen InfoSource at this exciting time in our development. Her international reputation, creative expertise and wise leadership skills will be invaluable as we enter the next phase of growth,” said John Bryan, Chief Operating Officer.

Prior to joining Kaizen InfoSource, Helen served as records management consultant in Shook, Hardy & Bacon’s Tort Section, in conjunction with lawyers from the SHB eDiscovery, Data & Document Management Practice. She was the director of corporate records and information management for Amgen, Inc., and records and contract manager at Genentech Inc. Helen’s experience includes designing corporate level records and information management programs to meet regulatory, legal and company requirements. In this capacity, she has crafted record governance strategies for diverse organizations and built concrete, actionable steps for implementation across a broad spectrum of departments and countries.

Streck is active in ARMA International, where she is currently serving as the Pacific Region Manager. She has served as a Trustee on the board of its Educational Foundation and as a past international board member. She has also developed and delivered several courses on business strategies, ARMA’s Generally Accepted Recordkeeping Principles, and Records and Information Management Programs. In addition, she has published articles in various professional newsletters and contributed as an online monthly columnist to the former Infonomics Magazine, the official magazine for the Association for Information and Image Management.
