Norm Weiner is SVP Technology Services for Kaizen InfoSource. He has over 25 years of experience as a senior technology executive and consultant in enterprises of international, national and regional scope. As CIO, VP, Director, and SVP he has developed and implemented successful strategic planning initiatives for RIM and IT services in the Insurance, Education, Healthcare, and Legal industries.
As a practitioner, Norm applies a unique combination of technology and financial management experience and skills. With a focus on return on investment, he assists clients with technology and risk assessments, business case development, business process analysis, and business and functional requirements for the enterprise. He develops requests for proposal, assists clients with vendor selection and negotiation, and supports implementation of RIT and IT products and services.
Norm has managed structured and unstructured data with systems for Enterprise Content Management, Records Information Management; Document Management, Knowledge Management, Electronic Document Lifecycle Management, Compliance, Legal Suspense, eDiscovery, Litigation Support, Email, Archiving, Social Media, Web Content, Financial Systems, and Conflict of Interest. Norm has also implemented enterprise infrastructures including: Virtualization, Cloud Computing, Security, Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity, Co-Location, and Data Center Design.
Norm is an active member of ARMA. As an international and national speaker, Norm presents webinars, all-day seminars, and workshops, including the ARMA annual international conference, vendor annual seminars, and numerous ARMA U.S. chapters.
